Morgan-Lee Brooks has worked in banking since 2017, but she wishes she’d started sooner! “I always tell my customers and peers that if I had known how much I loved banking, I would have started in this line of work right out of college,” she says. Dedicated to customer service, her drive to “constantly develop” her team keeps her motivated.
