As a second-generation Kennebunk Savings employee, Mark grew up around the bank’s core values. When he started working with us in 2008, he felt that same drive to help people. “It’s the human connection, and the ability to make a difference in someone’s life,” he says, that gets him up in the morning. Today Mark manages the Lower Village, Main Street, and Portland Road offices in Kennebunk. Now that he lives the bank’s values every day himself, he understands how they influence our success and complete a bigger picture. The core values drive his teams at the branches he oversees and even shape his customers’ great attitudes.
In addition to his banking talents, Mark makes a mean eggs benedict – “and I’m pretty good at eating them too.” He’s also a member of the Kennebunk Rotary and Chair of Scholarship Raffle Fundraiser. He volunteers at Hope Cemetery.
My father worked at Kennebunk Savings since I was three years old, and although I never thought I would be a banker growing up, I later found out this is exactly what I wanted to do!
