It’s saying something when you can change careers from the medical field to banking and find the same level of joy in helping others. But that’s what happened to Erica when she joined Kennebunk Savings in 2015. The culture and small community bank feel gave her the experience she wanted. “From Senior Management and across the board, everyone is willing to help, empower, and coach you to be the best that you can be,” said Erica. Making someone’s day makes Erica’s day, and “when the mission of the company aligns with your values, it makes coming to work enjoyable.” Erica leads the Dover branch staff and is an ambassador in the community of Dover. She’s excited by the endless opportunities she sees here and plans to be around for a while.
Erica enjoys working with her hands in the kitchen or on her latest crafting project. She’s also an active volunteer in the community. She serves as a member of the Zebra Crossing Special Events Committee, the Berwick Youth Soccer board, the Dover Chamber Festival of Trees committee, and the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce. She is also a trustee for The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire. Her volunteer work includes the Southern Maine Agency on Aging Tech Pal Program volunteer.
I love working in a community that is so supportive of small businesses and preserving Dover’s history. The city does a wonderful job encouraging community involvement through a number of events.
