NEW! Debit Card Controls

The best way to monitor and manage your debit card is with the Kennebunk Savings mobile app. Now you can receive real-time transaction alerts and set customized usage controls.

  • Turn your debit card off (and back on) if you know you won’t be using it for a period of time.
  • Set customized purchase controls and spending limits.
  • Restrict purchases at specific merchant types (such as gas, groceries, or retail stores) or geographic areas.

Debit Card Fraud Alerts with Text Notification!

You will receive an actionable text message if we detect suspicious card activity on your debit card. This allows you to respond to us right away—via text. Don’t worry, if we don’t receive a text response from you within 15 minutes, we will follow up with a phone call. This is a FREE service that is automatically activated for all debit cardholders.
Please make sure we have your current cell phone number. If you are unsure, please call Customer Care at 800.339.6573 to update your information.

Benefits of Fraud Services:

  • 24/7, round-the clock debit card activity monitoring
  • Text verification to authenticate suspicious card transactions are sent within minutes of suspicious debit card activity, between the hours of 8am-9pm, (local cardholder time, based on your mobile phone’s area code).
  • Actionable text message, allows you to respond right away.
  • Puts a "hold" on your debit card transaction, if suspicious.
