About Lisa

With 28 years of experience in banking–23 as a mortgage loan officer–Lisa Gautieri knows there’s more to this gig than the job description. “You’re a financial literacy guide,” she explains. “You’re helping people navigate a world in which they aren’t always even familiar with the vocabulary. It can be overwhelming, and very emotional. My role is to educate and make the process as painless and stress-free as possible.” She came to Kennebunk Savings because she sees herself as a community banker, not a corporate banker. “At a community bank it’s all about relationships. It’s not transactional, it’s relational. I also find there is much more of a team culture and collaboration with your colleagues which I really love.”

On closing day when the customer is excited to take ownership of their new home, it gives me great joy and satisfaction to know that we as a team and company were a positive impact on their lives.
