Senior Vice President, Senior Customer Experience Manager
What is “Customer Experience?” It’s how we refer to all the ways our customers interact with us. Online services, drive up, branch lobbies, applying for a mortgage and everywhere in between. As our Senior Customer Experience Manager, Jennifer oversees all of this. It’s motivating work, but it is the people on her teams and the customers she knows we are helping that keep her coming back each day. Jen’s daily passion and enjoyment of her job shines through. She takes the responsibility seriously, especially during the pandemic. She acknowledges that for some of our customers, especially many older adults, a bank representative might be the only person they speak with in a day. “I love when our Customer Care representatives take the time to recognize this and spend the extra time chatting and catching up with them. It’s more than just a banking transaction, it is about being there for our communities.”
When she is not at work, you can find Jen in Colorado with her family or enjoying time with her friends – even if it is something as simple as helping them move a piece of furniture. “I truly enjoy the people in my life and being able to relax, laugh, and spend time with them in my off hours recharges me.”
