Kennebunk Savings is proud to announce several recent promotions in its branch network. Judy DesMeules of the Wells branch office, Mark Ross of the Kennebunk branch offices, and Carlos Maldonado of the Portsmouth and Hampton branch offices have been promoted to Retail Experience Managers, responsible for regional oversight of the Bank’s network of 17 branch offices in York County and seacoast New Hampshire.
“Judy, Mark and Carlos have distinguished themselves through their strong leadership and their commitment to excellent customer experiences,” says Al Giobbie, VP Senior Retail Experience Manager. “All three have demonstrated an innate ability to provide creative, thoughtful solutions to customer needs and have developed that mindset in their teams.”
“Kennebunk Savings has long taken pride in providing the best customer experience possible,” Giobbie added. “The Retail Experience Manager position will enable us to accomplish this at an even higher level by focusing on a more consistent approach to service, and through sharing of best practices with our teams across the branch system. 2021 is Kennebunk Savings’ 150th year of operation, and a yearlong celebration centers on the theme of “Celebrating our past, driving our future.”
