Kennebunk Savings has some new faces in the Berwicks – Sherrelle Riquinha has joined the bank as Branch Manager in Berwick, and Melissa Gilpatrick is assuming the role in North Berwick.
“We’re excited to bring Sherrelle and Melissa on board,” said Jennifer K. Johnson, Senior Customer Experience Manager. “Our customers and our team members are really going to benefit from their breadth of experience.”
Riquinha comes from a wide-ranging background including experience in retail training management and the U.S. Army. She’s acclimating herself to her new market by working the drive up line to learn her customers’ faces, names, and which ones bring their dogs along.
Gilpatrick, who has two decades of management experience, is passionate about working with people. “When I help a customer, I just want to put a smile on their face,” she said. “I want what they thought would be a challenging banking situation to resolve more easily than they thought it could.”
