Reach for the Top Therapy Services has swiftly gained a strong reputation in the region, providing innovative and transformative occupational, physical, speech, and mental health therapies for children. They were named 2025 Nonprofit of the Year by the Dover Chamber of Commerce, and their work has only expanded since, including offering over 20 specialty programs.
The latest is neuro-affirming autism diagnostic services, which will help many families across the state get a diagnosis and support for their children early. “These are children whose nervous systems are still forming, whose school experiences are being shaped right now, and whose futures can change dramatically when they are seen, understood, and supported,” said Amy Rich-Crane, a Dual-Board Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Executive Director at Reach for the Top.
Each evaluation begins with an initial intake screening, where families share their concerns, as well as the child’s developmental history, strengths, and needs. The evaluation process is thoughtfully matched to each child and family and will provide individualized recommendations that celebrate neurodiversity and acceptance across settings.
Kennebunk Savings is supporting these services with a $13,000 grant, along with an additional $5,000 to sponsor a fundraiser to further benefit the nonprofit. “Reach for the Top Therapy Services does incredible and impactful work in the community,” said Liz Torrance, Social Responsibility Director at Kennebunk Savings. “There are hundreds of kids across New Hampshire waiting for diagnostic clarity right now. Their loved ones are eager to provide the right care. Reach for the Top is closing this gap and we’re thrilled to support them.”

Their investment in our new neuro-affirming diagnostic program means children and families will receive answers sooner, access support earlier, and have a greater opportunity to thrive.”
