Kaylee has spent her entire career in retail banking, gaining experience in branch management, team development, customer relationship building, and helping individuals and businesses with their banking needs. “I was drawn to banking because it allowed me to combine my passion for helping people with opportunities to build meaningful relationships,” she says. “What started as an interest in customer service grew into a rewarding career focused on leadership, customer guidance, and community involvement.” She is driven by the opportunity to make a positive impact—whether that’s helping a customer reach an important financial milestone, supporting a team member’s professional growth, or contributing to the success of our communities.
