Josh Gagne

Josh Gagne got into banking right out of high school. “It was supposed to be a job I worked to get through college, but quickly turned into a career,” he says. He likes working at Kennebunk Savings because of our customer-focused approach. “We aren’t going to sell you on something you don’t need. We are focused on truly helping the lives of the customer that we serve.” Josh is motivated each day by the desire to create a positive environment for everybody – customer and employee – who comes through the doors of his branches. “Not every customer is coming to the bank happy. There’s potential fraud, or they recently lost a loved one or they just don’t understand digital banking. Being able to provide a glimmer of hope or provide a smile at a rough time is always the best part of my day.”
