What Chad loves most about this work is seeing the joy and relief on a customer’s face when everything comes together. “Buying a home is a big moment,” he says. “Being part of that journey and making it easier is incredibly meaningful.”

Outside the office, Chad enjoys exploring the outdoors, connecting with the community, and spending time with friends and family.
