Here’s our advice – JUST HANG UP!
We’re seeing an increase in cases where scammers are calling and texting customers pretending to be the bank or another business. We’ll never ask for your password, PIN, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) passcode — EVER! If you get a call or text you weren’t expecting, don’t share any personal information. Instead, HANG UP or DELETE the message and reach out to us directly at 800-339-6573 or visit a branch so we may assist you.
Important Security Update: Beginning October 15, 2026, email verification codes will no longer be available for login authentication. Please update your MFA preferences to use a phone call, text message, or authenticator app.
