About Paul

Paul was appointed by the Board in April 2018 to serve as a designated technology expert, providing the Bank with Board-level guidance relative to technology, cybersecurity and risk management practices. In addition, Paul is committed to mutuality, local communities, and the stakeholder value model of business. Paul is a lifelong entrepreneur, startup mentor, and software developer. He founded Expression Computing, a 12 year-old boutique software firm known for its knowledge management platform designed to accelerate sales for large companies such as IDEXX in Westbrook. Recently, he co-founded a new innovation-themed startup, as well as co-created a popular wedding and hospitality venue called Barn Lights here in Southern Maine. Paul has also been a technology consultant for companies such as Southern Maine Health Care, Unum, and Fairchild. Paul resides in Alfred with his partner and together they love to trek off the beaten paths.
