About Charlie
Charlie was elected to the Board in April, 2021. He currently is an Executive Fellow at the Harvard Business School and a Visiting Senior Lecturer at Harvard Design School. Mr. Wu was formerly a Managing Director and founding partner of BayNorth Capital, a Boston-based private real estate equity firm. Prior to co-founding BayNorth Capital in July 2004, he co-founded the private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners in July 1998. Mr. Wu was a Managing Director of its predecessor firm, Harvard Private Capital Group, the private equity and real estate investment unit of Harvard Management Company. He is a Trustee of a publicly traded REIT and the University of Massachusetts. Charlie resides in Portsmouth, NH.
