Kennebunk Savings is proudly supporting the art program at Great Bay Services which culminates with their annual art show. This year, the show will be held in Dover, NH on February 12, 2026 from 5-7 p.m., at their Dover facility, 23 Cataract Ave. Suite 1. The event is free and open to the public.
Great Bay Services (GBS) provides an array of community services such as employment training and job coaching, in-home supports, as well as community activities for adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and autism. They have served the community for over 70 years, from Hampton, NH, to Portland, ME. “We’re here to help people live meaningful lives as true members of the community,” said Jon Stimmell, executive director at GBS.
“We’ve supported the art program at GBS for several years now and we love it,” said Doug Smith, social responsibility manager at Kennebunk Savings. “The art show is a community-focused, free event that enriches and encourages everybody. I have a calendar on my desk with work from artists at Great Bay Services and it’s always a conversation-starter!”
The art show provides the public with an opportunity to meet and talk with the artists, as well as the ability to purchase their works. No tickets or registration is required – all are welcome.
“Creative expression plays a significant role in our members’ success and their ability to connect with their broader community,” said Emily Brisson, communications and marketing manager at GBS. “Kennebunk Savings’ generosity toward our Art Program is vital to its continuance, and we don’t take that lightly. They have been long-time supporters of GBS, and we can’t express our gratitude enough.”
