Here’s how to stop a payment in your Kennebunk Savings app! This feature is also available under the same menu in desktop Online Banking. Tap the three dots on the bottom right of the app and then select Accounts. From there, click on Stop Payment.
In the next menu, select Stop a Payment.
You’ll select the account the check was drawn on, provide the check number, the amount it was written out for, as well as the payee name. Always refer to the Stop Payment Policy (available in the Stop Payment menu) to determine whether or not your reason for canceling the payment applies.
