Logging in for the First Time

We’re preparing for our digital upgrade on October 14, 2025. On that day, when you first log in to Online Banking, you’ll need to take some additional steps. Here’s how that will look, so you’ll know what to expect.

When you first log in to our new digital banking experience (online, mobile or tablet!) on October 14, you’ll enter your existing username and password. Your username will remain the same, but you will need to create a new password! After entering your existing username and password, you’ll see the following prompt:

  1.  Click “Create new password.”
  2. Click “Reset my password.”
  3. Next, you’ll be prompted to enter some information to verify your identity. This is an additional security step to protect your information.
  4. Once verified, you’ll be given a few options for receiving a one-time passcode. You can choose either by email or SMS text.
  5. Remember, we will never call and ask you for this one-time passcode. Do not share this code with anyone.
  6. Enter the six-digit number you receive, and you’ll be prompted to create your new password. This will be the one you will use to login to digital banking every time moving forward
  7. This new password will work for all of our digital banking including mobile, desktop and tablet applications.
  8. Finally, you’ll be prompted to accept the new Terms and Conditions of using our enhanced digital banking application. Check the “I Agree” box and click continue
  9. You’re in! Welcome to a more seamless and smarter way to bank!

Please note: You can access your accounts via desktop, tablet, or mobile devices anytime, anywhere (for security reasons, never access your accounts while on public Wi-Fi). Make sure your devices are using the most updated versions of software available.

Here are some best practices to ensure you are getting the best possible digital banking app experience:

  • Web browser requirements:
    • Make sure your browser is within the latest 2 versions (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
    • Please note, Internet Explorer 11 does not support online banking and standards that are implemented in newer browsers.
  • Device software requirements:
    • Windows: Versions still supported by Microsoft & support a browser listed above
    • OS X: Versions still supported by Apple & support a browser listed above
    • Android: Version 9.0+
    • iOS: Last 2 major releases
