How to Read your Bank Statement
Our digital upgrade launched on October 14th, 2025. All customers received a paper statement generated on October 10, even those enrolled in eStatements.
Features and changes for the new, upgraded bank statement:
- Personal checking account statements will now be generated on the 25th of each month
- Business, savings, and money market account statements will continue to follow their usual statement cycle
- All statements will feature a fresh new look—easier to read, with more helpful details
- If you’re enrolled in eStatements, you’ll continue to receive them electronically after the upgrade
