DOVER – The 16th annual Dover Festival of Trees will take place on Friday, December 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Rivermill at Dover Landing. The event is free and open to the public.

The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, the festival host, is pleased to announce that Kennebunk Savings will once again serve as the Underwriting Sponsor.

“We look forward to bringing this celebratory, festive event to the community every year to help usher in the holiday season,” says Kennebunk Savings Assistant Vice President and Market Manager Dory Polanco-Arias.

Dover’s premier holiday festival will feature 32 trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses, all available to be taken home through silent and live auctions. The event also includes choir performances, free goodie bags and a scavenger hunt for children, refreshments and holiday desserts, and even a visit from Santa.

The Festival of Trees is a fundraiser that benefits City Lights, a volunteer group dedicated to illuminating downtown Dover during the holiday season.
