Your Statement Experience Is About to Get an Upgrade!
We’re excited to share that on October 14, 2025, we’re launching a digital upgrade designed to make your banking experience even better!
To help prepare for this transition, you’ll receive a paper statement generated on October 10, even if you’re currently enrolled in eStatements. This is a one-time step to ensure everything moves over smoothly.
What’s Changing After October 14:
- Personal checking account statements will now be generated on the 25th of each month
- Business, savings, and money market account statements will continue to follow their usual statement cycle
- All statements will feature a fresh new look—easier to read, with more helpful details
- If you’re enrolled in eStatements, you’ll continue to receive them electronically after the upgrade
