How to use Bill Pay

Here’s how to pay a bill using our Bill Pay feature.

First, select “Transfer and Pay” from the top menu and then click “Bill Pay.” When you first start using this feature, you’ll need to add a new biller in order to pay them. Click on “Add a new Biller.”

Many of the most common billers for our customers appear right away, but you can search for others.

If you can’t find a biller in our system, you can also manually add them. You’ll need to have your bill nearby so you can enter the relevant information, like your account number and the business address.

Click “Add Biller.”

Once confirmed, you’ll be able to choose the amount to pay.

You can set this as a recurring or a one-time payment.

Confirm the amount and details of your payment and then click “Pay Total.”

You just paid a bill! Billers who receive electronic payments will be paid the following business day. For billers who are not set up for electronic payments, a check will automatically be sent on your behalf with no postage or other fees.
