Forgot Password or Username
If you forget your password or username, click the “Forgot Username or Password?” links under the login button either on the app or in online banking.

To recover your username, you will need to confirm your identity using your account number, SSN, DOB, and email address.
To reset your password, you will need to agree to a disclosure and then confirm your username, SSN, email address, and Zip Code.
