Changes to Trust Accounts

In June, we notified you of a change requiring us to convert your Trust account from a personal account type to a business account type. At the time, we indicated that you could continue to use your existing debit card tied to this account. However, as part of our upcoming technology upgrade, we will be replacing your personal debit card tied to this account with new business debit card (with a new number).

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Your account number and existing payment arrangements (e.g., direct deposits, automatic payments, etc.) will remain unchanged unless otherwise communicated.
  • If you have recurring payments set up using your personal debit card, you will need to reestablish them once you receive your new business debit card.
  • Your current card will no longer work as of October 10, 2025.
  • A new business debit card will arrive in the mail within the next few weeks. Please be on the lookout for it.
  • When you receive your new business debit card, please call 866-665-8725 to activate the card and set your PIN.
  • Your new business debit card has a higher ATM withdrawal limit at $510.00.
  • Enclosed is a Business Debit Card Agreement. Please review it and retain it for your records.

We recognize that changes to your banking relationship may raise questions, and we’re here to help. If you would like to discuss the details of this change or explore other available options, please visit your local branch or call our Customer Care team at 800-339-6573.
