Positive Pay
Positive Pay is one of many tools offered for our Cash Management Solutions. It’s a system to verify that all checks presented for payment match your checks issued. Potential fraud can be flagged for review, or you can use the system to review and authorize every check-in your register for payment. You can now access the platform through your usual online banking login.
Click on Checks and Deposits and then select Positive Pay. On the dashboard, you’ll be presented with the day’s checks. You can return a check presented by choosing an appropriate reason.
You can upload your check register under the Perform menu. You can review existing templates to verify that your data is listed in the correct columns to save you time on your file uploads. You can also create new custom templates and determine where each field should be located.
If you prefer to manually load each check as it is issued, you can enter each one in the Manual Issue Entry menu.
