KENNEBUNK, Maine – Kennebunk Savings Bank has named Nicole Ames Residential Lending Officer in Sanford. Ames will be concentrating her efforts in the areas of Sanford, Springvale, the Berwicks and surrounding towns where she will assist real estate professionals and homebuyers with mortgage loans. With over three years of residential lending experience, Ames is trained and highly skilled in working with customers as they purchase new or existing homes and second or retirement home properties. She also has special knowledge of the area as she was most recently associated with 1st Alliance Lending of Dover, NH.
“Nicole Ames is an excellent addition to our Sanford lending team,” notes Francine Cram, Vice President and Lending Sales Manager. “As York County’s leading mortgage lender we are delighted to have someone of Nicole’s talents in the burgeoning Sanford market. She has experience working with customers throughout this market area, and we’re pleased to have her join us at our office in South Sanford, helping to reinforce our capabilities in that area. At Kennebunk Savings Nicole will have her own customized website that will help her offer round-the-clock service to those applying for a loan.” On that website, customers can be pre-approved for a mortgage or actually apply and be approved for a home purchase all on-line and 24 hours a day.
Ames, a native of the area, lives with her family in Acton.
