You can now choose to receive important information required by the Truth in Savings Act and related Federal Reserve Regulation DD and by the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and related Federal Reserve Regulation E, including your regular bank statements, electronically.

Please read this notice carefully, print it, fill it out and send it to:

You can now choose to receive your regular monthly bank statement showing annual percentage yields (APY), fees and other terms of our deposit agreement and copies of checks related to these statements in paper form or via e-mail on your computer.

Once you tell us to send this information via e-mail we will continue to send this information to you via electronic means until you tell us not to or until you close your account. You can change your mind, and elect to have your statements or disclosures sent to you in paper form if you sign a new form like this indicating same and send it to us. There are no fees for either service.

When your statement is ready or when you have new disclosures, we will send you a message at your e-mail address. This Information will be available at https://web.fiscorp.com/checkimage/kennebunk_login.html for 90 days from the time it is issued.
