Kennebunk Savings Hires New Associate General Counsel

KENNEBUNK, MAINE - Kennebunk Savings is pleased to announce that Alexander Meagher has recently joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President, Associate General Counsel.  He will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and new requirements promulgated by regulators. 

Meagher received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts.  Meagher was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society.

Prior to Kennebunk Savings, Meagher worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the Maine Superior Court where he researched and drafted judicial opinions and prepared bench memoranda for a variety of cases.  He also worked as a Judicial Intern for the New Hampshire Supreme Court and as a Summer Associate for Preti Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, LLP in Portland, Maine.
